- *Non-Delivery of Digital Products:* If a digital product (e.g., e-books, spreadsheets) fails to be delivered due to technical issues, please contact us within 7 days to resolve the issue or request a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Services and Products
Due to the nature of our business, the following items are non-refundable:
- Customized Design Services: Once the design process has begun (e.g., after completing the design questionnaire), refunds are not available.
- Delivered Digital Products: Refunds are not provided for successfully delivered digital products, such as e-books, templates, or spreadsheets.
- Partially Completed Services: Refunds are not available for services that are partially completed at the time of the request.

3. Resolution for Technical Issues
If you encounter technical issues with a purchased product or service, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved and is directly related to our error.
